Our living room was a tiny space when we started. There was chair rail paneling that went up half the wall and painted wall paper holding together the remainder. When we started pealing away the wall paper, down came the wall. With that, we found out quickly that the walls were not supporting the ceiling or really, any part of the space. With that knowledge, we opened up the living area to the dutch door area to the dining area and made three spaces into one. With new walls, new electrical, new windows, painted floors and a whole lot of white, the space become warmer in so may ways.
